**STATIC** is a browser-based psychological horror experience built around a retro VHS/CRT aesthetic. You insert tapes into a virtual VCR and watch recorded footage of someone named M documenting increasingly disturbing events in their home.

Strange wake-ups at exactly 3:17 AM. Marks appearing around the house perimeter. A silhouette between the trees that doesn't move. Something at the second-floor window — from outside.

But M is gone now. And the tapes were sent to you.
